@taotaotasi joins the MCHH Crew on the podcast to discuss the All-Male Ad posted by the Discovery Channel where the men sang "This Is Our World." It seems as though Discovery just doesn't understand the meaning of diversity. The Women in STEM on Twitter decided to create a few video ads of their own showing Discovery that it's not only a man's world. 

The panel also discusses the creation of the hashtag #30EarthMonthHeroes by @taotaotasi. He talks about why he decided to do it and what he hopes people will get out of using the hashtag themselves.
